Hays interview questions

No one should waste their time even in appearing for interview. I got call from HR and said we are looking for testing profile and will complete interview process in one as this is an urgent hiring, discussed what is expected and current package Scheduled my 1st round and then scheduled next round next day 2nd round then asked me to share all documents, salary slips etc. Than after she called me and as said as per our budget we can only offer you minus -1lac from expected. after somedays said we can offer you minus -2.5lac form expected package than after some days said we can offer you minus -3lac form expected package After some days again called and said we can offer you minus -3.5lac from expected. So basically at the end they gave me offer of -3.5lacs including 10% variable from expected which was less than 24% of my current package and after variable getting only 1 lac as hike. And then I denied the offer before they could reduced it more. Very bad experience. Its a total waste of time.
