I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Hays (Londres, Inglaterra) in May 2022
Interview
First involes a telephone conversation, then zoom interview, assessment centre and then final interview.
The assessments were quite pointless as you need to have had some sales experience in order to do well on them, even though this was an entry level position. I don’t know why Hays expects you to know how to sell a client when you’ve had no experience doing so. The assessments also lasted too long (8-12) and was hence a massive waste of time.
One of the internal recruiters was also quite dismissive and rude.
After the assessments we were given a tour. I’m glad I didn’t get the job because the offices look like a cheap call centre, with everyone there looking depressed. The view from the offices is also poor. For a billion pound company they are really stingy when it comes to their offices and facilities.
