Hays interview questions

They have a half day assessment. First section , they will have a ice breaking sections. Basically they will ask you like " Do you have any historical person that you admired and why ?" 1st section: Impromptu Speech They will random give you a title, ask you to present your opinion whether you agree or not agree with this topic and why? 2nd section:Selling a candidate( Role Play ) They will give you a resume, you will have 10 minute to screen the resume and ask questions, do remember to ask relevant questions like "What is the budget salary they can offer " etc, and throw this back to them during your role play. 3rd Sections : Business Development call ( Role Play ) How to build a relationship with clients? During this section, you will be given a scenario, and there is no time for you to prepare or think is more like examining your instant response towards this scenario how you will handle the situation well. 4nd Sections: Write a draft job advertisement. They will leave you in the room and you can refer to your phone for the examples of Job Description. Basically if you perform well at the first 3 sections, you are high chance get hired. If you are qualify , they will give you a call back and you will have a one to one section with the manager, that's the time you negotiate your salary packages with the manager.
