Lengthy. Would be virtual even if not in current global situation. 4 stages, each with different topics and different managers. Don't know ahead of time anything other than the interviewers name, other than the person whom would be your direct supervisor. If the DS is a #1, mine went 1,3,4,2 with each being an at least 90 min phone conversation.
