Hach Company interview questions

Received a phone interview 4 months after initially applying for the job and then received an in person interview a month later. The interview takes about 4 hours and you meet with people from all different departments, some not even really related to the job. They all asked a staggering amount of behavioral questions. Nice people but overall process is unnecessary and slow moving. HR said they would follow up after a few weeks with a decision either way. Hadn't heard anything after a month so I contacted them and it took an additional 3 days to hear that I did not get the job.
