Habitat for Humanity interview questions

The interview was thorough, but the HR staff made an active effort to focus on my background — there was little deviation from the context of my resume and background, which was useful to establishing a relationship with them from the outset.

It was a two interview process. The first interview was with the immediate supervisor and the second interview was with the executive director. Very responsive during the process. They narrowed the field to several top candidates.
