Habitat for Humanity interview questions

I had one phone interview as well as two in person interviews. The questions were standard. I received an job offer, but I did not accept due to benefits package.

I completed an application form, then met with a four members of the Board of Directors and also completed a personality profile. I also toured two ReStores with one board member. From when I first applied until I heard a response, it took more than 3 months.
