I applied through a staffing agency and the recruitment process took place on a weekend in their own office.The role was L1 Production Support Engineer and they were looking for good communication skills along with technical skills.The first round was the aptitude cum technical test which had sections such as Verbal ability,Attention to detail, Quantative aptitude and logical reasoning and C skills.The difficulty level was average and most of the candidates cleared the test.The next round was GD where they were mostly looking for good communication skills.The technical interview consisted of questions related to academic projects, SQL and Unix.The HR round was quite simple and basic questions about family and hobbies were asked. Overall the difficulty level was quite average however one should prepare well for the technical interviews.

I went to attend interview through off campus. First round is Written test on C, C++, SQL Queries.
After that Second round - Technical round on SQL Queries, Java, subjects of engineering.
Third round is HR round - HR asked me about full form HSBC and what is the purpose of HSBC.
Talk about any topic you wish for 2 mins.
And then after 2 days I got call from HSBC saying I got selected.
