Interview
Online application. Then I was offered the chance to do the online assessment - fairly simple, mainly situational judgment questions where we rank the various responses in the order we would respond in real life, and basic numerical questions. Passed that stage and was allowed to take the Job Simulator assessment - record video responses to different situations and write an email response to manager summarizing some data/information they provided. After a while, received a phone call saying that I had made it to the final stage, Assessment Centre (Virtual).
