Interview
I applied a summer internship online. After I finished a situation judgement test and induction reasoning test, I got an phone interview. They ask me about compliance question and focused mainly on the 3 values of HSBC: open, dependable and connected. The interview lasted for 40 mins. And the interviewee gave me feedback after the interview.
Advice: be prepared more than one examples for each value, and make it detail enough as the interviewee will pick on some specific question about your example

Interview
The person recruiting was not very much interested in listening to me. One of the two interviewers was not even present. I know I was sort of among the last to be interviewed but that didn't mean they had a chance to free ride through my interview. Even during my interview I knew that I won't ever get selected. Anyways I will share the questions they asked the others and me too if they would be of any help.

Full day assessment centre. Psychometric test, case studies and a motivational interview in the morning. Two rounds of technical interviews in the afternoon. Lots of waiting around between interviews. The atmosphere was fairly relaxed and cordial overall. The lunch was pretty nice as well.
They will ask people who don't pass the psychometric test and those who didn't do well during the case studies to leave after lunch,
