Interview
The interviewer does not seem to be having practical knowledge, theoretical knowledge only. No specific technical questions asked. Only basic fresher questions on defination. Seems they just wanted to fill up the interview checklists of total number of candidates interviewed by wasting candidates valuable time.
They focused only in what I have done and not on what I can improve, They need to switch that mindset and focuse more into the future or develompent of the company

4 rounds, took a day, exhaustive and detailed, multiple roles to offer. To much focused on automation and Process Efficiency. Very focused on TM1 KNOWLEDGE as this is the most important tool. Important to brushup on financials and competition
