Much kinder than expected. I think that they want you to succeed which makes it feel a lot less daunting. And they give you very clear guidelines of how the questions are set out

Interview
It started off with a group interview and ended off as an individual interview. Group interviews were more intense as we had to watch grapple for opportunities to address the questions posed to us. Individual interviews were more personal - as they asked more about myself rather than technical aspects of the industry.

Interview
Very impersonal, was not sure of criteria as questions were extremely generic . Was a virtual interview with pre-set questions, quite easy to navigate though . Was given practice questions which helped, included a lot of situational judgment and what would i do in a situation type questions.
