Interview
Wealth and Personal Banking graduate program: I applied online and the process took 6 months. First I had to take an online assessment, wait two months, interview with HR and wait 3 months until the final step which was a group interview (it took them an hour to give us access to the building and we were unable to complete the assessments satisfactorily)
It took another month to let me know my feedback and tell me that I was rejected.

Question 1
What professional skill would you develop if you worked here at HSBC?(according to the worksheet you are given)
First you got job simulation where I believe I get a high matching score so that I was in for a phone interview. During the phone interview, bunches of behavioral questions were asked, that was easy. And then there is assessment day where you need to meet the team one by one, there are so many stress testing but you need to stay calm to face it. Overall, it was intensed but enjoying.
