HSBC Graduate Associate Consultant interview questions

It’s genuinely difficult to understand what they expect from their behavioural questions. I highlighted that I’m both independent in my work style and a strong team player, but the feedback I received was that I should have positioned myself more as a “team player.” It felt confusing, because the role itself seemed to require someone who can independently own and deliver tasks. Overall, it was hard to tell what qualities they were actually looking for.
