I had a video interview which lasted 1 hour from a panel of 2 people asking questions related to my experience for the role I was applying for and how I would deal with difficulty situations while on the phone to the customer and how I would over come them to resolve the issue.

Interview
First stage online assessment. Second stage was a one way video interview, giving you a question at a time, 2 minutes to prep your answers and 2 minutes to answer them. Third part I am currently awaiting - to be called in for formal interview.

First is the Basic Interview you can go for Walk in or apply online for Walk in its between Tuesday and Thursday.
Second you have an online test which is an Online test and a Voice call
Third you have the final interview with the higher management
