this was probably the worst interview experience i have ever had. As i entered the branch the staff met my smile with a glare and talked about me as i was sitting waiting to be seen. then as i entered the interview i was met by two men who were very arrogant and i can only assume they were desperate for their lunch break as they were both very abrupt and rude to me. as i answered their questions they sniggered to each other at my answers and pulling faces to each other as to mock me. It was very embarrassing for me and i left feeling the size of a insect. Do not waste your time on this company as they clearly don't care about their employees or people they are about to employ.

Interview
A series of about 30 online multiple choice based questions, if successful a telephone interview will be scheduled. The telephone interview featured a selection of competancy based questions about how you handle customers etc
After successfully passing the telephone interview a face to face interview was arranged. Again very much competency based questions with a Branch Manager, felt very comfortable and at ease.

Interview
After the first stage, where I fill in my details and other personal information I got a link for online assessment. It contains 22 questions. Approximately time needed 30 min. That's what they said. It took me much longer to finished it. The questions are relatively long and there are 4 answers, as well relatively long. You have to pick up one as most efficient and least efficient. You just need to read carefully all the information and to choose the answers according to your point of view. The number and type of assessments will depend on the role for which you are applying. You can take the assessments at any time within a fixed number of days, as specified in the email.

Question 1
All the questions describe situations from the costumer service at branch. They are all connected to how we attend client and how we priorities different task and activities on a daily basis.
