HSBC Associate interview questions

The recruiter was very sneaky. They offered me a high position. Ghosted me. Then replied with a different offer without telling me about it. They probably think I wouldn't notice. They set me up for an interview. On the day of the interview, the recruiter was absent. I emailed them the recruiter and received a response 2 days later saying she was on emergency leave. But this time her email's subject changed to Contact Centre. It used to be GCB8. They asked for me for my availability then. I didn't attend the interview. I think it was unethical for them to do that.

Interview process was smooth, waited a couple week for HR interview and the second interview follows soon after. The discussion contains both behavior and situational questions, also had a few technical questions (not too many).
