I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at HSBC (Bengaluru) in Jul 2016
Interview
3 rounds of Interviews
basic filter at first like exp or salary range
2nd assistant manager round mostly about previous job functions
3rd managerial round in this mostly reporting managers varify skills that were answered in 2nd round, consistency in answer could affect your chances of being hired, so do brag and tell what you don't need to remember your previous answers
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at HSBC (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Feb 2018
Interview
Mix of behavioural & technical interview and duration was around 30 mins. There was walk ins as well side by side which i think acts as a drawback in negotiating compensation as well.
I applied online. I interviewed at HSBC (Singapur) in Feb 2018
Interview
Quite ok. Be properly dressed and trimmed. Be confident. Be prepared to answer the typical interview questions such as strengths and weaknesses, how to value-add the current team and maybe how will you overcome in times of difficulties. Some financial knowledge will suffice.
