HSBC Assistant Manager interview questions

I've only done the first interview as of writing. It was a quick process after accomplishing the values assessment, but after the first interview, the waiting was pretty long. It may have been a special case since I mentioned in that interview that my preferred starting date is not until 1-2 months after that interview. I just had to bump them for any updates. When I decided I could start immediately, they endorsed my application to the hiring manager and received updates after a little over a week.

The interview process begins with a warm welcome, creating a positive atmosphere. Engaging questions follow, allowing for genuine conversations. Interviewers actively listen, valuing my experiences. Feedback is constructive, highlighting strengths. The final steps include clear communication about next steps, leaving me feeling confident and excited about potential opportunities.
