H&M Part Time Sales Associate interview questions

Fist I got a phone screening by the store manager. I was asked several questions like how is my availability where did it last work etc. then I had an in person interview with two department managers. I was called shortly after and hired.

I applied through an employee referral, and was hired within a week. I had a 20-30 minute phone interview with a department manager. I was asked pretty standard customer service interview questions, and the interviewer was easy to talk to. A few days later I had a 30-40 minute in-person interview with the store manager. I was asked pretty similar questions, and the conversation was fairly casual. The whole process was thorough, but easy if you are well prepared. I also recommend wearing something that reflects your personal style.
