Applied online, got a call about a week later for a phone interview, the phone interview was basic even interview questions. I then got an in person interview for the next week. the in person interview was more deep and required I feel like more thought out responses.

It was fairly easy especially coming from a management role, they ask you leadership questions basically to see if you fit the role of their mission and values. They are all about taking care of their partners
