I applied online. I interviewed at Guy Carpenter (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2024
Interview
Pretty straightforward. You start with a a hirevue that's very generic just behavioral questions. If you get through that then you're invited to their superday, which is a couple back to back interviews done by location employees including the intern manager who will likely be a VP or SVP. Again it's just behavioral questions, but with a focus on why you want to work either with Guy Carp or in the industry.

Question 1
What do you already know about re-insurance and how do you see yourself fitting?
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Guy Carpenter in Apr 2024
Interview
Simple, one in person interview. Lots of behavioral questions. No expectation that you know anything about insurance. Seems like a role that is very people oriented, so if that interests you, it may be a good fit.
Super chill interview process- first hirevue, then 3 back to back 30 minute interviews with 2 different people each one. Mainly resume based questions which I think made it easier overall. The people there are also super nice.
