Interviewers were open, honest and easygoing with an eagerness to ensure you felt comfortable. Whilst questions were evidently read off a script, follow-up questions of curiosity and interest showed interviewees were actually being listened to.

As I am new to the domain, I was asked about the details of my past experiences in modeling that are not related to cat modeling. However, most of the interview process is the company explaining the role, the mission of the company the organizational structure.
