Interview
Online application, followed by an Hirevue, after which there was an half day assessment centre in their London office. The assessment centre seemed good, and the people seemed nice. However, HR emphasised on the fact that they'd get in touch with everyone regardless of the outcome within two weeks, but did not get in touch at all - even after follow up emails. Ghosting candidates - especially those just entering the workforce - seems counterintuitive to holding up their culture of 'doing the right thing, every time'.

Consists of online application, video interview and half day assessment centre. Three tasks are within the assessment centre which are a group discussion task, one on one interview, and an individual presentation
