The entire process was very well managed. Everything was made very clear and all queries/questions were answered effectively and quickly by the talent acquisition team. Even on the day of the assessment centre (the final stage) everything ran very smoothly. Also, the multiple tasks chosen for us to complete at the assessment centre were wide ranging and comprehensive and gave us candidates a fair chance to showcase our personal qualities and abilities. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and I would recommend anyone thinking of applying to Guy Carpenter to certainly do so.

Average difficulty - simple application followed by online aptitude tests. Next, online interview via hireview, standard competency questions with time to prepare and ability to re-record . Final stage assessment centre consisting of Excel test, 4 minute presentation, interview and group task.
