HireVue recording for first round, in-person second round. Very streamlined. I chose to do an online second round interview because I was not located in the area and they were very accommodating, which I appreciated.

Give us a time where you had to work in a team and how that worked out.
The interview process was fine; a phone screen, individual zoom chat with the hiring manager, then zoom chats with others from the team.
What made this experience frustrating was the lack of communication and follow-up from Guy Carpenter. They never replied with an answer after the final interview, even with my two emails asking for follow-up. Extremely rude and unprofessional in my opinion; I can take a no, I just need to know.
