Grundfos interview questions

There was a phone interview and and 2 interviews in person (basically the same questions were asked). After the 2nd interview, there was an online behavioral test. Some of the questions asked included: - Why should we hire you? - What do you know about Grundfos? - What can you tell us about pumps? - How do you handle conflict? - Do you prefer working alone or as part of a team?

The interview started off at their office by their Senior Accounts Manager, started off with usual self introduction and previous work experience. The manager will later on explain the job scope of the interviewed post followed with the challenges incurred. Explanation ends with benefits of the company.
