Interview
Short introduction on the phone. Short personal test before interview and should prepare a small presentation of how I saw myself in Grundfos values.
The interview was approx. 1 hour and was in a quite relaxing tone. Overall a great experience and great company. The company decided not to hire any application and reposted the job with a new work experience requirement.
The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Grundfos (Oakville, ON)
Interview
There was a phone interview and and 2 interviews in person (basically the same questions were asked). After the 2nd interview, there was an online behavioral test.
Some of the questions asked included:
- Why should we hire you?
- What do you know about Grundfos?
- What can you tell us about pumps?
- How do you handle conflict?
- Do you prefer working alone or as part of a team?

Interview
The interview started off at their office by their Senior Accounts Manager, started off with usual self introduction and previous work experience.
The manager will later on explain the job scope of the interviewed post followed with the challenges incurred. Explanation ends with benefits of the company.

The Manager would not accept on job training within the probation period to prove work performance as the reason of hiring. He refuse to hire a non experienced staff nor to train them.
