I had interviews with different people, that knew nothing about the process and my previous interviews.. my last interview was scheduled for a certain hour and I got an email 2 hours earlier from the guy leading the interview saying he was waiting for me in the meet link, and when I entered the meeting and told him and his partner there that it was scheduled for another hour, he and his partner just started the interview not even asking if I had the time to take the interview at the moment
