The interview was scheduled to last only 25 minutes, to cover 5 questions (from them to me), with 2 people on their side, one late, and barely having the time to understand whom I was speaking to. It was clear that I was expected to know everything about the organisation and its projects, why they were not expected to know my experience and history with equal zest. The body language of one of the interviewers was disengaged and critical, clearly taking a distant judgemental approach. The other was very empathic and enthusiastic, warming up the virtual room. The combination was alienating. I was promised the certainty of personal feedback, following the rejection after the first round. Obviously, even if the recruiting officer did her best to follow up to the promise, the hiring team never found the time. I was given many times awful recounts of GP's culture: it is not a good feeling to know an organisation I have supported for years has settled for this level of human capabilities.
Interview process was fair and not too long. Didn't get the job, but they were prompt in communicating and circled back to answer my questions. I always wish these things moved faster, but they were well within the normal range.
Took a long time. Months and long waits between interviews. But they were nice so wasn’t terrible. Got pretty but didn’t get an offer, it was really the time wasting that got me.
