Interview

Interview
The interview process for a Senior Product Manager role at Google is thorough and focused. It starts with a phone screen where they ask about your experience and approach to product management. If you move forward, there are multiple rounds, including case studies, product strategy discussions, and a technical deep dive. The final step is usually a panel interview with cross-functional team members. It’s challenging, but the questions are fair and focused on real-world skills.
There's lots of good prep materials online for this role too, so you're not necessarily going in blind.
