I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Google (Londres, Inglaterra)
Interview
Applied online, got a call with an internal recruiter after a week. They brief you on what to expect during the interview process, the role and environment. You interview with fellow ABPs. Here are the 4 traits they test you on:
1. General cognitive ability
2. Leadership
3. Role-related knowledge
4. Googleyness
Tip: Interviews and calls can be scheduled last minute / change, so I suggest keep checking your inbox or phone as they don't always email you first to check your availability. I had one interview scheduled on Google Hangouts but then the interviewer called my mobile instead. If you don't hear any feedback within a few days, I recommend emailing them to follow up.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Google
Interview
Very lengthy process. Took me 7 months and many interviews until I received an offer. Everyone I interviewed with was so nice though and made the experience better than many interviews I've had in the past.

What is the most complex travel you've ever organized?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Google (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2020
Interview
The process started out well. The recruiter reached out to me on their own accord. Set up a phone screen and then I made it to the next round. I spoke to two different ABP's who were in the role currently. I have never had a more awful experience. The first person I spoke to was short, no personality. She showed no emotion, was unfriendly and ofter curt. I know this is Google's tactic, but it doest not create a positive interview experience for the candidate. After the interview I didn't even want to work there. It took them over 3 weeks to get back to me, and that was only after I reached out to ask for feedback and to close the loop.
