I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Goodwill (Indianapolis, IN) in Nov 2011
Interview
Interview was short. Wanted to know how serious I was about the job, what my schedule was like. The are trying to get a feel for trustworthiness and dependability. The job is relatively easy for anyone to apply for and succeed - the only thing you need is a good personality to get the job.

Question 1
Have you ever worked with special needs individuals? How do you get along with special needs individuals?
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Goodwill (Arcadia, CA) in Apr 2013
Interview
This was my first interview/job offer ever...
Completed the application online and was called about two hours later. Scheduled an interview for the next day. I got there 15 minutes early and so the manager decided to start early. She asked about 5 questions. The generic ones like tell me about yourself, why goodwill and strenghts and weaknesses. Then she brought in her assistance to ask me if i had a car and if I was punctual and those sort of things. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. Both interviewers were extremely friendly which helped. They also made it evident that they were understaffed and even though I knew they were interviewing others they made me feel like I would be hired. I was called like 3 hours after the interview to inform me that I had the position.
