Goodwill Processor interview questions

They just asked basic interview questions, know a little about the company like the mission. They do a swap test. After the interview they will contact you again for a 2nd interview after that if they liked you you got the job.

First i went to immediate hiring place in Loveland, CO. Then was sent to take a drug test and wait for results for that, which were quick to process. I Then had to go to the main office in Denver for orientation, which was a hassle and nothing we couldn't have done closer to home. Then after this trip I had a personal interview with 2 of the managers.
