I applied online. I interviewed at Goodwill (Clinton, IA) in May 2015
Interview
2 interviews..Normal questions about past work experiences. Complete lack of info on the job details. Told me my hours were going to be mainly between 9am n 3pm..false from the get-go. Told me I was going be working the new program at the Walgreens..coached there twice..then sent to 3 other stores to coach 4 other different clients doing nothing like they said I would be doing. ALOT of missed details. Then got upset when I was confused about things I had to find out on my own. Offered the job on May 20th and I accepted..didn't start any training until June 1st and didn't receive a paycheck until June 22nd and I had to pick up side jobs to make up for the lack of income..which they showed ZERO empathy for..especially when it came to scheduling..
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Goodwill (Milwaukee, WI) in Sep 2014
Interview
I first had a phone interview with a member of HR, then I had an in-person interview with the immediate supervisor, and finally a second interview with the coordinator and director of the department. During the phone screen and first interview, they did an overview of my past experience and asked specifically about my experience with persons with disabilities.
