Claudia was very good at asking why you wanted to work at Goowill and what where your strengths?
They want to know if you are flexible with time change in your schedule? Do you have kids?
I got a phone call the day after submitting my application. They asked me a few questions and then asked when I could come in for an interview. I had the interview a few days later and was told I needed a background check and then they could give me the job. The background check came in the next week and I was called and told I got the job.
Brief and short asked only a few questions. Focused on past job experiences you have and asked questions relating to former job. Asked availability and when likely to be ready to work. Interview took less than 15 minutes.
