I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Goodwill
Interview
Took me into a small backroom. Asked me a couple of questions then asked me about myself. After that a tour around the store and dock. Went back into the backroom and asked if I had any questions which I did but then the lady giving me the interview based on my past jobs I had quit one and she insulted me by saying that I might have a attitude problem because I can't seem to work with others which was not true. I told her when she asked me the question why did I leave my last job that I didn't like the people I was working with because they never did their job and left all the work for me and when I told my boss he did nothing about the employees so I think that was very valid. That was so inappropriate of her. And then saying that goodwill is a very high place to work at comparing it to Wal-Mart. I almost bursted out laughing.

Question 1
What would you do if you suspect dishonesty in an employee
Simple and easy with no issues. Lots of paperwork to fill out and was put to work the same day. Every thing explained well but training was kind of figure it out yourself as far as the registers were concerned
