Goodwill interview questions

Quicker than expected initial response and scheduled phone interview within a few days. Pleasant, conversational phone interview. Began and ended on time. Standard/expected questions, no surprises. Clearly explained hiring process

Very simple, the hiring manager was super nice. Work environment seemed like a well paced job. The interview only lasted about 45 minutes max, it was a very quick and easy process.
