Goodwill interview questions

I already worked at Goodwill, and applied internally for the CSTL position. I had a phone interview with the store manager, Cressida, of another Goodwill which went smoothly except Cressida was obviously busy so the interview was a little rushed and ended suddenly. I felt confident, Cressida told me I did a good job, but Goodwill ended up giving the job to the guy who had been there for 3 weeks, which still upsets me.
