I applied online. I interviewed at Goodwill (Des Moines, IA) in Apr 2018
Interview
Very good. Questions were great based on what they are looking for in an employee. Person interviewing was very pleasant and able to answer all questions that were asked. Great communication and eye contact during interview. Did a walk through of the store and eat the duties would look like. Talked about training during the first 90 days.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Goodwill (Saint Louis, MO) in Oct 2020
Interview
There is a 3 part process and they are friendly and warming during interview. However, it was nerve wrecking at first the interview it made the next two more easy. They were kind of pointless in my opinion. The same question were asked from the first interview and it was rather short. The third interview, was really just a causality to meet the VP and have small talk.
Easy inface talk to staff recruiter than a onsite interview with store manager it went pretty well then at end of interview got an offer just be you dont try to be extra just answer what asked of you
