Goodwill interview questions

When I showed up to the store for my interview, the manager wouldn't see me at all: an associate told me she was busy and told me to call to reschedule.

I was contacted by Goodwill via one of the job boards to apply for their job. I applied and months later I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. After the phone interview the hiring manager asked to have a quick video interview. The video interview with the hiring manager was late in the day and early the next morning the hiring manager sent me an email stating she found someone. I’m trying not to think seeing me on video negatively affected my chances of being selected for the position. Guess, it’s not the place for my talent and neither for diversity.
