Goodwill interview questions

My supervisor had a set list of questions that corporate issued. She was required to ask at least one question from each category and a lot of them did not pertain to the position that I was interviewing for.

I applied online and received an email inviting me for an interview. Store manager was very nice, she invited the regional manager to a video call to speed up the process. They both asked some tough but very good questions. The video call was ended but the manager continued to give more in depth information about the store's internal operation and the hours of the position. She had me fill out a background check form in case they decide to continue with the hiring process. She said she would contact me regardless of whether or not they would be pursuing me, but I never heard back.
