Got a call from the company to talk with the department manager but had to change the time so the HR director took the call instead. Though it was an informative conversation, it was a 30-minute call with 80% of the time listening to stories of how the company came to be from the director. I appreciated the interaction, but I felt a bit as if I did not get a fair chance as my answers to questions were basically dismissed by more stories relating to that question.
