Goodwill interview questions

I was asked questions such as If a coworker had an issue with you what would you do and how would you resolve it, Have you ever been dishonest, Asked about my previous jobs and what I covered, I was asked IF I was told to do tasks around the store but I had a line full of customers how would I make sure my tasks were done before my shift was over, What would I do If I saw a customer trying to steal, how would I handle an irrate customer

Pick a good example with a positive outcome where you can speak comfortably about a serious challenge and the logical steps you took to overcome it. Outline the situation, talk about the action you took, talk about what the results where and try to quantify if possible. For extra points use reflection to indicate what you learnt from this situation and how you would do things differently if faced with a similar problem.
