Interview
Stopped by local store to inquire about application. Filled out application and handed it in. Store manager inquired about hours I was available and an interview was set up for the following Monday. At the interview the store manager was present as well as the area manager and they asked pretty basic questions. Why do you want to work for Goodwill? What are your 3 best qualities? The rest was making sure I didn't mind the part time hours and minimum wage salary. Before I was hired I had to travel to a town 30 mins away to do a drug test and complete orientation at a different store. I was compensated for my gas to get there.
