Question 1
What type of HR recruiting experience do you have?
Went through 2 interviews, was somewhat difficult as my first interview was just with the director but my second interview was with several individuals that worked in the area I was applying for. The questions were not overly difficult but being in front of that many individuals can be intimidating, especially for someone just coming out of college and applying for their first professional job.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Goodwill (Seabrook, NH) in Apr 2015
Interview
I applied online in the middle of the night, and received a call back at 8AM the next morning. They were opening the new store in Seabrook and were having a job fair in a couple days so I just showed up to that. The interview was short and sweet, no repetitive questions and all of it was relevant to learning more about you. The manager was attentive and respectful.
