Goodwill interview questions

This was a webcam interview so we were able to have eye contact during the process. This was an initial interview with the candidate's supervisor and HR. The interviewers were friendly and made the interviewee feel comfortable. The questions were informative, as well as the description of the position. They provided time for questions and clear in response. One of the few places I interviewed for that were able to provide an approximate timeframe for when they would like the position filled and how the process to that means was going to occur.

Apply online. Received call in less than a week and went in for an interview. Met in a small office at the back of the store with the manager and assistant manager. They asked me about some of the information on my application and then advised me of the next step, which was orientation at some other location.
