Goodwill interview questions

I applied for the job and the next day I got a call from the hiring manager that asked me if I had any cash handling or retail experience. I said no to both and based off of my application she was still interested in me so I got to come in for an interview the next day. I was asked very basic questions that most people could answer without preparing. Then when I took my drug test. I had a mini interview by the gen. manager that asked me personality questions, such as how do I handle stressful situations.

The first interview was with the recruiter over the phone. Then a one on one with the hiring manager followed by a panel interview with three people. Last a presentation with four people. A behavioral interview is used with a panel.
