I saw the listing on my University's site and also got an email from an intern director. I sent my resume in and they replied quickly to set up a day to interview. I went into the interview and it went well. I was then prolong for a bit about an offer, as other candidates were interviewing as well. I was offered and accepted.

Interview
I was called for a phone interview, which was very simple and only lasted a few minutes. I was then invited in to the store for an in person interview. The interview lasted for about 25 minutes and I was offered a position on the spot. I was asked to go in for a drug test and they ran a background check. I was then called a few days later to come in for an orientation.
