Easy - I got called from the store manger through phone. I applied online. I did not receive back if I got accepted or not. I was looking if they will call me back, and I sent a follow up email but I received back from the assistant manager saying that she is not responsible for the hiring process. Overall, I learned something, and I practiced my interview skills.

Over-the-phone interview and then in person. After being interview over the phone, went in for an in person interview. Was given the tour and actually introduced as the person that was going to replace last person. Was a very successful interview. Left thinking I would be called back.
