Someone from the organization contacted me a month after I submitted my application and requested an initial interview. Two days after the initial interview I received the rejection email.
Bizarre. The guy who interviewed me was clearly into redheads, and I was a redhead at the time. In fact, there were a LOT of redheads working there. As soon as I saw that, I knew I had the job. The questions were too easy.

Interview
Applied online and was called for an interview about a week later. Came in and was asked typical questions. Was offered a job at 9.15 with 20-25 hour weeks which unfortunately isn't enough to live on for myself so I had to search elsewhere but otherwise seemed like a nice environment.
